North Point is located at the heart of Dubai Sports City’s downtown district – a densely populated area distinguished by architecturally impressive buildings and a lively atmosphere. Pedestrian access to North Point will comprise of several entry points, including a large landscaped courtyard that links North Point to Dubai Sports City’s Arena Mall, stadiums and the adjacent commercial and residential establishments.

Furthermore, extensive traffic flow studies have been undertaken to ensure trouble-free access to and from North Point’s parking facilities and public transport drop-off and pick-up zones. With 2,140 dedicated parking spaces, urban planners have ensured that visitors and office workers will be able to come and go with ease. Residents and commercial workers will benefit from a dedicated intra-city shuttle bus service, while an abra water taxi system will have several stations along Dubai Sport City’s waterway to link North Point with the city’s second retail and commercial hub, South Point.
